Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the AI Growth Intelligence Platform ("the Service") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to the dashboard and the API behind it.

1. Information we collect

Account data: the email address and password you register with (your password is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Brand data you enter: your brand name, the competitor names you list, and the website URLs you audit.

Product usage data: the growth experiments, campaign briefs and other records you create while using the Service, kept so we can display them back to you.

2. How we use this information

We use your account data to authenticate you and operate your session. We use the brand and competitor data you provide to run the AI-visibility measurements, generate competitor comparisons, and produce the growth recommendations and reports the Service is built to deliver. We do not use your data to train our own models.

3. Third-party AI providers

To measure your brand's visibility, the Service sends the prompts and the brand or competitor names relevant to a given analysis to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Google Gemini) and receives their generated answers back. These providers process that data under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control how they secure or retain data on their side. Avoid entering information in brand or competitor fields that you would not want submitted to a third-party AI provider.

4. Payment processing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. When you upgrade, you are taken to Stripe's own hosted checkout page; we never see or store your card number. Stripe processes your billing details under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie that keeps you logged in (set as httpOnly, so it cannot be read by page scripts), and a cookie that remembers your language preference. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie. None of these are used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not currently run analytics or marketing cookies.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and brand data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and its associated data deleted, contact us through the contact page and we will delete it within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep billing records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. The Service does not yet integrate an email or marketing platform, so we do not send marketing email and there is no mailing-list unsubscribe to manage; the only messages we send are the ones required to operate your account.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including hashing passwords and using an httpOnly session cookie for authentication. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that unauthorised access, loss or misuse of data will never occur.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves, for example if we add a new third-party processor. We will update the "last updated" date above whenever we do.

10. Contact

For any question about this Privacy Policy or about your data, reach out through the contact page.
