Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for a Mavzena paid plan. Payments for Mavzena are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid out by Paddle.
1. 14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your subscription's first payment. This window does not apply to later monthly renewals; to stop the next renewal, you can cancel your plan at any time. Each customer can receive this refund once.
2. A plan you have already used
If you have already used the plan's paid features in that period, for example by running paid audits, the refund is reduced in proportion to the service already provided. We tell you the amount before the refund is made.
3. How to ask for a refund
Ask for a refund through Paddle at paddle.net, using the e-mail address you paid with, or write to us through the contact page and we will arrange it with Paddle. The refund goes back to the payment method you used; how quickly it appears depends on your bank.
4. Cancelling without a refund
Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal. If you do not ask for a refund, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Where that law gives you more, it applies.
6. Contact
