Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By registering for an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service is a dashboard that measures how often, and how favourably, your brand is mentioned by AI engines such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini, compares that visibility against competitors you name, and turns the resulting gaps into growth actions and experiments you can track over time.

Some modules shown in the product roadmap are marked as planned and are not yet available; a module's status is always shown next to it.

3. Your account

You need an account (an email address and a password) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly, through the contact page, if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content, to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure, or to use it to generate content that violates a third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for any use that breaches this section.

5. Paid features and payment

The Service has a free tier that requires no card, and paid plans that are recurring monthly subscriptions: Starter at $29 per month and Growth at $99 per month. Enterprise has no published price and no checkout behind it; it is arranged by separate agreement.

A paid plan is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. We do not offer an annual billing interval.

To cancel, write to us through the contact page; there is no self-serve cancel button in the product yet. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and cancelling does not by itself refund a period that has already begun. Where a payment is genuinely made in error, contact us and we will deal with it.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay. Because this is an early-stage product, prices may change; a change to the price of a plan you already hold takes effect from your next renewal, not the current period.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service or a module of it, giving notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as the limitation of liability below, continue to apply.

7. No warranty

The Service is an early-stage product provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, AI-visibility scores, competitor comparisons, forecasts and growth recommendations are estimates generated with the help of third-party AI systems and are provided for guidance only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or that acting on them will produce any particular business result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to the Service and these Terms

Because this product is under active development, we may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above whenever we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This section will be updated with a specific jurisdiction before the Service is offered commercially at scale.
