Short, step-by-step guides to the things people ask us about most. Buttons and menus are named exactly as they appear on screen.
Run your first audit
An audit asks the AI engines a set of prompts about your industry and checks every answer for your brand. One brand is all you need to start.
- Sign in and open Overview. If the account has no brand yet, choose Add brand.
- Fill in Brand name. Website, industry, market and competitors are optional, but they make the prompts fit your brand better. Then choose Create brand.
- Open AI Visibility from the menu on the left and choose Run real audit.
- Under Which prompt languages, keep All languages or pick one language, then confirm with Run it.
- The audit runs in the background and takes several minutes. When it ends, the page tells you the figures now come from the new run.
On the Free plan a smaller free audit runs instead: 15 prompts on ChatGPT. Paid plans ask all five engines.
Read your results
Your results are on AI Visibility. Start with these figures.
- Visibility Score
- A 0-100 score that combines how often, how high and how positively AI answers mention your brand. Higher is better.
- Mention Rate
- The share of AI answers that mention your brand.
- Average rank
- Where your brand appears in an answer when it is named. 1 is the top of the answer, so lower is better. It stays blank if you were never named.
- Share of voice
- How the mentions on the same prompts split between you and your competitors.
- Prompts You Are Missing From
- The prompts whose AI answers leave your brand out. The Opportunities page shows who was recommended instead.
- Citation share
- The websites the engines cite in their answers. Citations are recorded only by audits run with Measure with web search (paid plans); you find them under Organic Growth › Sources.
- Confidence Level
- How far you can trust the figures, based on how many samples the latest audit collected and how many engine requests succeeded. When each prompt is asked once, it stays Low.
Add competitors
Competitors belong to a brand. You can add them when you create the brand, or later from Account settings.
- Select the round button with your initial at the top of any dashboard page, then choose Account settings.
- In Brands, choose Edit next to the brand.
- Under Competitors, choose Add competitor and type the name. Only the name is required; add the website and we fill in their Instagram and X accounts from it.
- Choose Save changes.
- Run a new audit. From that audit on, the answers are checked for your competitors too, and they appear in Competitor Comparison and Share of voice.
Upload Search Console data
Optional. Google search demand helps rank your opportunities. It is Google data, not a count of what people ask AI, so it is always marked as an estimate.
- In Google Search Console, export your Queries report. A Keyword Planner export works too.
- In Mavzena, open Opportunities and stay on the Prompts tab.
- In the Google search demand card, pick the file and choose Upload. It takes CSV or TSV up to 5 MB, with English or Turkish headers, and the ZIP file Search Console downloads.
- Check the summary: how many keywords were read, with a warning for every row that was skipped.
- Opportunities are now ranked with the demand data too; a score moves by at most 20%. Only the newest file from each tool is used, and you can delete a file at any time.
Plans, billing and cancelling
Everything below happens on the Billing page.
- Select the round button with your initial at the top of any dashboard page, then choose Billing.
- To upgrade, choose Upgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Growth and pay on the secure checkout page that opens.
- Once you are on a paid plan, you switch between Starter and Growth on the same page, without a new checkout.
- Agency is not sold online. Write to us from the contact page and our team switches it on.
- To cancel, choose Cancel plan, then Cancel at the end of the period. The plan stays active until the period you paid for ends, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- For card details and invoices, use Manage subscription.
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. How they work is set out in our Refund Policy. Read the Refund Policy
